Customer Service & Sales Representative

We are an Auto Insurance Agency looking for licensed Auto Insurance agents to work remotely.

This role will be a hybrid of sales and customer service.

Some calls you take might be customer service related in nature, usually regarding someone's auto insurance policy. Another call might be someone looking for an auto insurance quote.

You will do no cold calling, you will only speak with people who actually went online to request a quote for auto insurance.

If you are an experienced auto insurance sales/customer service rep and can work from home, undistracted, you will have success here.

This is a W2 Employee Position.

Hourly pay will be between $15-$18 per hour, plus commission.

The hourly base pay will depend on your experience.

We have 2 shifts for this role

9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST, Mon-Fri

&

12:00 pm to 9:00 pm EST, Mon-Fri

We work with preferred and non-preferred carriers.

We literally have an auto insurance plan for everyone that calls.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
