Sales Analysis Manager is responsible for managing sales analysis teams, projects, research, and statistical studies to ensure effective sales execution and achievement of growth objectives. Manages the administration of CRM and other systems. Being a Sales Analysis Manager analyzes and evaluates sales metrics, goals, and performance. Develops reporting and analytics that support planning and forecasting. Additionally, Sales Analysis Manager may plan and organize training on systems and tools for sales teams. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Sales Analysis Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Sales Analysis Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Frenchville Trailer Sales is seeking a full time Office Manager. Able to work Daytime Monday through Friday and at least one Saturday a month (8am – Noon) Job Description: This position would be responsible for providing excellent customer service support. Work as part of a team as one of the main contacts with customers at the dealership. Major Responsibilities: * Provides customer service to customers by telephone, email and in person. Work may involve problem solving, answering questions, coordinating service schedules and assisting sales department. * Processing customer transactions and financing options. * Perform duties including data entry, updating website information, updating/managing calendars, able to take complete and detailed phone messages. * Managing dealership software. Working with others and the ability to share and designate duties is a must for this position. Proficient computer skills and organization is needed for this position.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
