About us

We provide Applied Behavior Analytic services to children on the autism spectrum or children with other related behavior disorders. ABA provides a systematic behavior change procedure using positive reinforcement to promote socially significant behaviors. We provide parents, schools, and other parties with trainings and information specific to their child and/or student to assist in behavior change. We promote socially significant behavior change.

Behavior Technicians provide behavioral health services for children with autism and other behavior disorders by implementing Applied Behavior Analysis methodologies and are continually supervised by an agency BCBA on a weekly basis. Behavior technicians are responsible for the direct implementation of skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction plans developed by the BCBA. The Behavior Technicians will also collect data and conduct certain types of assessments (e.g., stimulus preference assessments) under the supervision of a BCBA. The Behavior Technician will also participate in specified trainings and developement.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
