Sales Analysis Manager jobs in Norwich, CT
Sales Analysis Manager is responsible for managing sales analysis teams, projects, research, and statistical studies to ensure effective sales execution and achievement of growth objectives. Manages the administration of CRM and other systems. Being a Sales Analysis Manager analyzes and evaluates sales metrics, goals, and performance. Develops reporting and analytics that support planning and forecasting. Additionally, Sales Analysis Manager may plan and organize training on systems and tools for sales teams. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Sales Analysis Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Sales Analysis Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Outside Sales Representative
The Outside Sales Representatives are the most crucial part of Constellation’s sales process. They are the first point of contact with prospects, making them the face of the company. This position provides vital information to potential clients about the benefits of choosing Constellation Energy. This is a full-time, face-to-face, B2B sales position offering base pay and uncapped commission with an earnings potential of $75,000 a year.

Qualifications

- Outside sales experience & Energy knowledge preferred but not required
- Willing to drive from business to business
Work Schedule
- Full-time – 8 hours a day
- Monday to Friday with weekend work available
- Typical schedule is 8:30 am to 5:00 pm but can be flexible
