    Who are we looking for?

    We are looking for a Data & Analytics Manager who is passionate about data management, data transformation, product management and process excellence. The idea candidate is skilled in information systems, data structures and administration as well as problem solving. This candidate should be comfortable working with a diverse group of people and communicating and implementing work you are doing with leadership. You will hire, train, mentor and manage world-class talent that delivers data and reporting solutions while ensuring data integrity across the NA MSC system landscape.

    What will you work on?

    You will support and implement SCpr data and reporting related tasks, while leading the efforts on solution design and implementation for with a focus on data management and data quality. You will work closing with business and technology partners to ensure proactive communication of key dates and deliverables as well as examine existing and future data structures and solutions to find opportunities to help partners understand needed and impeding change. Additional you will ensure changes from the business are communicated, tested and implemented with direct partnership with technology and broader SCpr team. You will have experienced level of knowledge of master data, database administration, key attribution and the impacts on downstream reporting, processes and applications all while assessing, evaluating and recommending improvements or changes to improve existing processes. You will also partner closely with Technology, Data Governance and Global Data and Reporting teams to provide input on Nike’s data construct and operational procedures, related to data and reporting.

    What you will bring

    • Bachelors Degree and minimum of 5 years directly relevant work experience or advanced degree (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Quantitative Social Science, Engineering, Physics or related field) and 3 years of related industry experience and/or any combination of equivalent education, experience and/or training.

    • Experience with the Agile development process and demonstrable ability to prepare a project plan, communicate the plan to the team and break the work down to trackable tasks.

    • Proven track record of working multi-functionally and critically evaluate complex business information from multiple perspectives.

    • Experience with leading employees and setting individual goals that link to departmental priorities.

    • Previous experience generating reports and regular datasets or report information for end- users using system tools and database or data warehouse queries and scripts.

    • Integrates data from various sources to produce requested or required data elements. Programs and maintains report forms and formats, information dashboards, data generators, canned reports and other end- user information portals or resources.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Supply chain knowledge is an asset.

    • Solid understanding of ED&A data products
