Appointment Calendaring for WESA and Atlanta Shoe Show
Evaluate appearance and merchandising of shows.
Assist in the selection of all show specials and programs.
Attend tradeshows when requested and needed.
Create detailed process and checklist for tradeshow organization and registration.
Works with marketing to create show special sell sheets.
Manage sample process that includes tracking samples and disperse to reps. 15%
Develop and maintain a process for sample recall.
Help manage samples at the showroom at the DMC.
Schedule all Envoy training and a method to communicate updates to the field.
Manage Syndic8 product downloads for key accounts. 15%
Sales Meetings – 15%
Supports in coordination of sales meetings to ensure a smooth and organized event. Also, will assist in the determination of physical needs for an event.
Participate in meetings to ensure that the meeting or event achieves its purpose seamlessly.
Schedule and hold meetings, take notes, and follow up on everyone’s tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
Work with location/staff to coordinate menus, rooms and more.
Become the lead on Envoy participation by sales rep to assure participation. 10%
Coordinate with IT to make sure each season is set up.
Work with IT in generating sales reports. 5%
Occasional travel may be required.
Requirements
Associates Degree, Bachelors Degree preferred: 5 years of relevant experience considered in lieu of degree.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to be flexible and work under pressure in a fast-paced, fluid environment.
Extremely organized with an attention to detail across multiple projects simultaneously.
Capability of executing projects with a high attention to detail.
Proficiency in the use of technology including MS Office (Word and Excel specifically) email and internet.
Ability to interface with both internal and external customers.
Proficient in all Office Suite products.
Preferences
Prior experience working in a Sales environment.
Retail experience a plus.
