30% Data Analysis and Interpretation- Understand, interpret and analyze the data used by multiple business lines using statistical methods. Develop, edit, and monitor data quality control reports. Assist Business Intelligence Team in development of data architectural design, data collection systems, and data analytics to improve upon efficiency, transparency and quality of data. Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets. Review new process data improvements and present to management.
30% Data Reporting-Assist with the consolidation and reporting of sales and revenue results for all sales and service teams. Produce report visualizations to support trends and insights for sales leadership.
20% Issue Management and Remediation Support- Provide issue management and remediation support to business lines. Collaborate with management to ensure process flows and prioritization is followed per documented requirements. Support business line subject matter experts on data questions.
10% Communication-Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts in the business to understand their data requirements and improve data quality monitoring. Articulate clearly and concisely to business lines on the quality results. Prepare reports for executive leadership to effectively communicate relevant trends, patterns, and predictions and make recommendations.
10% Project Contribution-Contribute to data projects designed to progress efficiencies within the Club. Provide business line management data on relevant project components.
The mid-market salary range for this position is $61,654.00.00 to $68,504.00. Starting salary is dependent on several factors including previous work experience, specific industry experience, and skills required.
