Recommends changes to current sales techniques, procedures or promotional efforts based on market research and new trends. Additionally, Sales Analyst requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. To be a Sales Analyst typically requires 0-2 years of related experience. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. YOU WILL VIBE WITH US La risorsa ricercata sarà inserita nella Direzione Finance a supporto dell’area di payroll controlling and reporting e svolgerà le seguenti attività: Sales Data analysis volte alla definizione e al calcolo periodico dei kpi funzionali al processo di payplan Partecipare attivamente a progetto di rinnovamento, razionalizzazione ed implementazione di nuovi modelli di calcolo, dell’attuale sistema di calcolo Partecipare attivamente alla modellizzazione dei KPIs funzionali al controllo del business ed alla rappresentazione e fruibilità degli stessi attraverso report e dashboard dedicate. Partecipare al processo di budgeting, forecasting & targeting supportando la Direzione Finance nella definizione degli impatti di payroll attraverso analisi di dettaglio.
