The role involves managing various tasks, facilitating communication, and ensuring the smooth execution of sales activities. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, demonstrating proficiency in administrative tasks and a commitment to enhancing overall sales efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Showcase exceptional organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced office environment.
• Handle customer inquiries/phone calls and passing the lead on to the appropriate salesperson.
• Provide administrative support to sales team including follow-up calls, emails, and general administrative duties
• Have a working knowledge of company projects and operations including inter department communication.
• Greet customers that have arrived for in-person meetings / facility tours
• Provide adequate customer service to current and potential customers
• Serve as the liaison between the sales team, customers, and internal departments
• Assist the sales team in the preparation of proposals, quotes, and execution of sales agreements, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and timely
• Supports marketing campaigns and promotional offers to help optimize revenue
• Generate, analyze, and distribute sales reports to provide insight and support decision making

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information, sales agreements, and related documentation using the software or database provided.

• Other duties as assigned by Operations Implementation Specialist
• Will be cross trained to cover duties of sales personnel to cover for lunches and PTO.
• Help organize and coordinate large equipment service and service priorities for large equipment.

Qualifications:

• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• Must have ability to multi-task.

• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
