Sales Bizlab is looking for a customer service representative to join our team in our Orlando office. This person will drive customer satisfaction by fielding inquiries, addressing pain points and maintaining extensive product knowledge.

We are seeking a reliable and organized Personal Assistant to join our busy team. As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and assisting our executive team in managing their daily tasks and schedules. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Monday to Friday

Weekends free

Pay Range:

$19.50  - $31.00  hourly

Location: Orlando, FL

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Responsibilities:

• Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for the executive team.
• Screen and respond to phone calls, emails, and other correspondence on behalf of the executives.
• Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports.
• Conduct research and compile information for various projects and initiatives.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for the executive team.
• Assist with event planning and coordination.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
