Job Overview:
We are seeking a Sales/Marketing Assistant to join our team. This position will play a key role in supporting our sales and marketing efforts, assisting with customer service, sales administration, and market research. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a passion for sales and marketing.

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and potential customers
- Assist with sales activities such as lead generation, prospecting, and follow-up
- Support the sales team in managing customer accounts and maintaining relationships
- Conduct market research to identify potential target markets and industry trends
- Assist with the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and social media content
- Help organize and coordinate sales events, trade shows, and conferences
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment of sales and marketing efforts

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of technology sales or technical products is desirable

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $200.00 per week

Expected hours: No more than 15 per week
