Nick's Motor Sales (Used Car Dealership) is currently seeking an experienced automotive accounting bookkeeper. This position requires a professional appearance, excellent communication skills, computer knowledge, strong organizational skills and accounting proficiency. Punctuality and reliability are a must for this position. Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Break down deals
• Reconcile accounting schedules
• Send contracts to Financial Institutions
• Payoff vehicles
• Dealer trades
• Cash Receipting
• Stock in inventory
• Daily Deposits
• Reconcile Cash Sales
• Data entry
• Filing
• Completing Service Orders
• Accounts Payable & Receivable
• Enter Sales in Sage 50
• Payroll

Qualifications:

• Prior automotive experience is preferred
• Microsoft Excel and Word experience required
