HEP Sales/North Main Lumber is currently seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team in Cortland (and Ithaca), NY. Responsibilities will include assisting the Store Manager in all aspects of operating the store profitably as well as supervising staff.

Qualifications/Experience:

• Retail or sales management and supervision experience
• Heating, Electric, Plumbing, and Lumber/Building Materials knowledge
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Problem solving and decision making skills; positive attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week

• Day shift

Weekly day range:

• Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

• Cortland, NY 13045: Relocate before starting work (Required)
