Sales Director directs sales organization operations and develops the tactics, operational plans, and processes to implement the organizational sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and accomplish financial objectives. Establishes and implements processes, tools, and structures to support the sales organization's operations. Being a Sales Director oversees goal setting for departmental and group levels of the sales organization and uses data and technology to measure and monitor sales processes, identify issues, and enhance performance. Implements methods and systems to effectively analyze and monitor the industry, business environment, and competitors and expand the customer base. Additionally, Sales Director uses market and customer insights to collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and suggest new products. Builds effective sales and support teams with recruiting, mentoring, and development programs. May personally participate in or negotiate strategic or high-value sales. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Sales Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Job Description: We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, driven and customer focused Sales Director to join our sales team. As a Sales Director at Easton Motors (“Team Easton”), you will play a crucial role in driving our sales excellence by providing exceptional customer service and driving KPI's for the sales team in all of our dealerships. Local travel to and from all dealerships will be required for the role, but it's within a 2 1/2 hour driving radius. It will require some overnights on rare occasions.

Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 base pay salary per year
Hours: Day shift – Business Hours are 9 AM – 6 PM Monday through Friday and 9 AM – 4 PM Saturday
Work Location: Based from the Wisconsin Dells (*or other one of our close dealerships as defined by discussion with President), but will require travel to and from Adams, Baraboo, Green Bay, Wausau, West Salem, Portage, Wisconsin Dells, and/or any future dealership locations.
