SUMMARY
The Sales and Marketing Engineer II - Trane Creative Solutions is responsible for ensuring customer sales and satisfaction by responding to questions, concerns, and needs. Identifies customer needs early in the process. Learns customer needs early in the request process and can please the customer quickly. Responsible for developing long-term customer relationships and maximizing account penetration and customer retention with CSO account managers.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least three years experience in estimating, engineering, selling, or construction management; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Familiarity with the operation of HVAC systems and temperature controls.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to communicate (verbal, written) effectively with others.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Base Pay Range: $82,550-$109,950 / yr.
Total compensation for this role will include a bonus/incentive plan.
