Sales Manager manages the sales teams and supporting operations required to implement the organizational sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and accomplish financial objectives. Implements processes, tools, and structures to support the sales organization's operations. Being a Sales Manager conducts long-term and short-term goal setting for teams and individuals and uses data to measure and monitor sales processes, identify issues, and enhance performance. Monitors the industry, business environment, competitors, and customers to develop action plans for expanding and retaining the customer base. Additionally, Sales Manager uses customer feedback and insights to collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and suggest new products. Builds and develops effective sales and support teams with recruiting, mentoring, and training. Participates in meetings, presentations, and demos to support or close strategic or high-value sales. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Sales Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Sales Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Restaurant General Managers are responsible for:

    • Leading a team of managers and crew members with all facets of the successful operations for an Arby’s Restaurant in all areas of People, Profitability and Operations
    • Providing a high level of leadership to the restaurant and the employees
    • Setting an example in excellent customer service by ensuring efficient and courteous customer transactions in a friendly environment
    • Working with the District Manager to ensure that Arby’s and Tria company policies and procedures are practiced in a manner that is consistent with company standards and state required laws
    • Performing human resource functions including staffing, training, creating work schedules and supervising all employees, while following company HR policies and applicable laws.
    • Working with vendors in a professional manner, and address customer complaints promptly and politely

    Requirements
    We are looking for individuals with a desire to succeed and grow with a company, preferably with at least 2 years of fast-food restaurant management experience leading a unit, 5 years of restaurant experience and the hunger to move your career to the next level!

    • ServSafe Food Safety Certification preferred
    • Legally authorized to work in the United States
    • Possess a state issued driver’s license
    • Must be able to pass a background check
