Sales Manager manages the sales teams and supporting operations required to implement the organizational sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and accomplish financial objectives. Implements processes, tools, and structures to support the sales organization's operations. Being a Sales Manager conducts long-term and short-term goal setting for teams and individuals and uses data to measure and monitor sales processes, identify issues, and enhance performance. Monitors the industry, business environment, competitors, and customers to develop action plans for expanding and retaining the customer base. Additionally, Sales Manager uses customer feedback and insights to collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and suggest new products. Builds and develops effective sales and support teams with recruiting, mentoring, and training. Participates in meetings, presentations, and demos to support or close strategic or high-value sales. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Sales Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. The Store Manager reports to the District Sales Supervisor and is responsible for the efficient and profitable operation of the store, in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
The Store Manager provides ongoing leadership, thereby ensuring that the store achieves and/or surpasses its financial goals, while controlling budgets, inventory, shrink, expenses and wage costs. He/She inspires, coaches, motivates, develops and evaluates the team in order to achieve maximum performance and optimize the customer experience in the store.
The Store Manager leads by example in providing exceptional customer service and demonstrating brand selling skills. He/She ensures that the store operates in compliance to Brand and Visual presentation standards, as well as all Company policies and procedures. He/She works closely with the District Sales Supervisor and provides feedback to help in decision making and driving business results.
