Sales Manager manages the sales teams and supporting operations required to implement the organizational sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and accomplish financial objectives. Implements processes, tools, and structures to support the sales organization's operations. Being a Sales Manager conducts long-term and short-term goal setting for teams and individuals and uses data to measure and monitor sales processes, identify issues, and enhance performance. Monitors the industry, business environment, competitors, and customers to develop action plans for expanding and retaining the customer base. Additionally, Sales Manager uses customer feedback and insights to collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and suggest new products. Builds and develops effective sales and support teams with recruiting, mentoring, and training. Participates in meetings, presentations, and demos to support or close strategic or high-value sales. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Sales Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Sales Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     General Beverage Sales Co. currently looking for an energetic and passionate person to fill the role of Business Development Manager-Red Bull. This position can be officed at any of our three Beverage Locations, Madison, Milwaukee, or Oshkosh


    This position shapes and enhances the brand identity and market position of our suppliers. This position requires developing and executing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase market share, and foster customer loyalty. It requires a combination of creative thinking, strategic planning, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. This position is a key contributor to the overall success and growth of the organization.  

    Requirements

      

    · Minimum of bachelor's degree in related field preferred or equivalent professional work experience. Proven experience in brand management, brand development, or related roles.

    · Must possess a valid driver’s license. 

    · Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

    · Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate brand vision and influence sales teams. 

    · Creative and entrepreneurial mindset.  

    · Analytical skills with the ability to interpret market research data, analyze brand performance, and make data-driven recommendations to translate business objectives into effective brand strategies. 

    · Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. 

    · Familiarity with industry trends, consumer behavior, and best practices in brand development and management. 

    · Team player with the ability to collaborate and build relationships across different departments.
