Sales Manager manages the sales teams and supporting operations required to implement the organizational sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and accomplish financial objectives. Implements processes, tools, and structures to support the sales organization's operations. Being a Sales Manager conducts long-term and short-term goal setting for teams and individuals and uses data to measure and monitor sales processes, identify issues, and enhance performance. Monitors the industry, business environment, competitors, and customers to develop action plans for expanding and retaining the customer base. Additionally, Sales Manager uses customer feedback and insights to collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and suggest new products. Builds and develops effective sales and support teams with recruiting, mentoring, and training. Participates in meetings, presentations, and demos to support or close strategic or high-value sales. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Sales Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Sales and Marketing Assistant
Applicant will assist Sales and Marketing Manager with the following:
Assist in the planning, tracking and reporting of Sales goals and incentives.
Merchandise conference room in preparation of monthly meetings.
Meet with our suppliers.
Plan and coordinate internal trips for Sales Team.
Email out weekly and monthly reports as needed.
Print advertising projects on large format printers.
Cut banners, posters and all other signage items for sales team.
Keep printing media and printers stocked and cleaned.
Requirements for the Sales and Marketing Manager Assistant position include:
Applicant must have basic knowledge of computers and Excel.
