Being a Sales Manager conducts long-term and short-term goal setting for teams and individuals and uses data to measure and monitor sales processes, identify issues, and enhance performance. Monitors the industry, business environment, competitors, and customers to develop action plans for expanding and retaining the customer base. Additionally, Sales Manager uses customer feedback and insights to collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and suggest new products. We Want Your Talents! – The G1 Group is looking for an experienced and passionate Office Manager to join our growing dealership family. The ideal candidate is a hard-working team player who will primarily be responsible for processing and overseeing financial transactions of the dealership, AP, AR, maintaining human resources and payroll. This person will prepare and analyze reports needed by administration to assess the financial performance of the center and work collaboratively with all departments within. RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Works with management to oversee and ensure all required payroll documentation is completed and submitted for processing by the payroll deadline(s)
· Manage all aspects of accounts receivable and accounts payable on a daily basis
· Oversee and ensure posting of cash receipts and completion of bank deposit slips
· Work with the General Manager, to produce monthly company financials
· Manage trade in/buying center pay offs
· Processes payroll deduction reports and allocations
· Manage all aspects of title work: receive titles, issues titles, floor titles, file e-liens
· Represents the company at all times in a professional, courteous, and enthusiastic manner
· Adheres to all company’s standards, policies, and procedures
· Other duties or projects as assigned
