Autoshow of Plantation is seeking a qualified Special Finance Manager to handle car deals for clients with subprime credit that fall outside the conventional system. The role requires compliance with special finance lender guidelines and auto dealership policies, with a focus on quick funding and high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Implement dealership policies and procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized office.
Report problem deals to management promptly.
Address missing stipulations from lenders immediately.
Demonstrate professional ethics and respect for customers.
Stay informed about state regulations regarding finance and the fair credit reporting act.
Interact with relevant departments within the dealership.
Train and supervise sales staff.
Structure deals in accordance with lender and dealership guidelines.
Ensure accurate representation of deals and equipment.
Conduct credit interviews and prepare credit applications.
Verify the accuracy of information on credit applications before submission to lenders.
Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
Disclose financial information to customers.
Sell credit insurance and service contracts.
Cultivate good lender relations.
Maintain a lender guide of current programs and acquire a working knowledge of them.
Evaluate new lender programs.
Rehash deals with lenders as needed.
