We are looking for a bilingual sales representative (English & Spanish) for our manufactured home sales and park management in Harlingen, Texas & San Benito, Texas.
This is a Full-time commissioned based opportunity. We encourage all candidates with prior sales and retail experience in the auto, home, furniture, appliances, computer, cell, energy, insurance, health, alternative wellness, restaurants, servers, bartenders, and jewelry services, to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Your duties as a sales representative is to use your persuasive skills to sell new or used manufactured homes
- Greet all individual prospects
- Display available home units and explain the features and benefits of the homes
- Proactively answer emails, calls, schedule prospect appointments, and multitask active and ongoing business
- Maintain current Tenant accounts and data entry.
- Overcome customer objections
- Must have proficient "CLOSING" skills
- Turnover prospects to Manager when necessary
Park Management Requirements:
As a Park Manager you will provide an exceptional lease and rental experience to tenants, while working comfortably with employees, leaseholders, renters, and potential prospects. Park Manager must excel in customer service orientated, reliable, independent, and be a strong problem solver.
Job duties include:
- Be a spokesperson of the company
- Visually inspect grounds to help secure a safe environment
- Collaborate with Corporate, Ground Crew and Maintenance.
- Manage all internal and external employees
- Manage all office activities (Financial reports, budget, contracts)
- Provide guidance to onsite workers
- Must hold or obtain Mobile Home Sales Certificate
Additional Requirements:
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, etc.)
- High school or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year sales experience
- Bilingual SPANISH/ENGLISH
- Driver's License
- Hardworking, honest, and driven and self-motivated
- Must pay great attention to detail and be a problem solver.
- Must have professional appearance, great attitude and communications skills
Qualifications and Skills
- Associates degree or equivalent experience
- 1 plus years of proven track record in a similar function
- 3 plus years of related multi-family property management experience
- Experienced with MS Office Suite including Word and Excel
- Working with Texas Housing Authority
- Working with AEP
- Knowledge or willing to learn Rent Manager software
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills
