Frenchville Trailer Sales is seeking a full time Office Manager. Able to work Daytime Monday through Friday and at least one Saturday a month (8am – Noon) Job Description: This position would be responsible for providing excellent customer service support. Work as part of a team as one of the main contacts with customers at the dealership. Major Responsibilities: * Provides customer service to customers by telephone, email and in person. Work may involve problem solving, answering questions, coordinating service schedules and assisting sales department. * Processing customer transactions and financing options. * Perform duties including data entry, updating website information, updating/managing calendars, able to take complete and detailed phone messages. * Managing dealership software. Working with others and the ability to share and designate duties is a must for this position. Proficient computer skills and organization is needed for this position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
