We are currently seeking a high energy, self-motivated individual to join our team as an Sales Coordinator.

The Sales Coordinator works closely with our Inside Sales Team to create sales enablement tools, review inbound lead reports, assist in complex proposals, and take a lead on high time-consuming items the sales team needs to do but keeps them away from the prospective customer. The Sales Coordinator will be working in a world-class company culture where employees are continually grown and given opportunities for advancement.

Key Qualifications/Requirements:

• Previous sales coordination (or administration) experience HIGHLY PREFERRED
• Teamwork experience/expertise HIGHLY PREFERRED
• Good problem resolution skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Generates reports on a regular basis (activities logged, demos delivered, deals won and lost, leads generated and worked)
• Optimize sales content (demo slide decks, competitive intelligence briefs, whitepapers, and ebooks)
• Lead qualification (research of contacts and inbound leads, follow up on inbound CTAs, and phone calls to prospects
• Provide the sales team with resources needed to close more deals (content, tools, knowledge, and information to effectively sell products/services to Funeral Homes)
• Assist in complex proposals

What You Can Expect

• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
