Position Summary
Boyer Candy Company, Inc. is adding to our sales team. Boyer Candy is seeking an enthusiastic, career minded individual, with strong communications skills, and a commitment to teamwork. The Sales Coordinator is responsible for assisting the sales effort, including creating sales promotions, generating consumer interest, extending product knowledge to our broker network, and supporting sales goals.

The Sales Coordinator position is non-commission based salary with bonus opportunities. Boyer Candy is a family company in a small office setting with potential career growth within.

Responsibilities Overview

• Develop and implement strategic promotional plans.
• Assist Boyer's broker network with identifying potential leads and cross-selling opportunities.
• Creating promotional material and sales presentations.
• Actively participates in daily sales team meetings.
• Document sales activity in CRM and participate in reporting progress as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft programs such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills.

Education/Experience

• Sales experience is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Experience in data tracking in a CRM is preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate as necessary to accomplish goals.

Work Conditions

Environment (Office)

• Indoors, heated/air-conditioned office. Typical office environment.

Physical Requirements (Lifting, Standing, Etc.)

• Equipment: Frequently, approximately 90 % of the time, uses of a computer and telephone.
• Visual Acuity: Proofreads written information. Reads information on computer screens. Works with printed copy as well as with detail displayed on computer screens.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $15.00 per hour
