PrizePicks, the driving force behind innovative technologies aimed at enhancing sports fan engagement, is seeking a dynamic Promotions Coordinator to join our Retention team. As a Promotions Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in executing PrizePicks' promotional strategies and ensuring a positive user experience. This role reports directly to the Director of Customer Marketing.

What you'll do:

• Daily Promotion Execution: Execute the launch of all promotions (free square, flash sales, payout boosts, etc.) using our back office tools and distribute associated rewards to members.
• Liaison with Customer Service: Act as the retention team's liaison with the Customer Service department for all promotional initiatives, ensuring smooth coordination and frequent updates on promotional details.
• Promotional Calendar Management: Help maintain and ideate the promotional calendar, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives and sports calendars.
• Weekend Availability: Due to the nature of the sports calendar, availability to work weekends is expected.
• Process Improvement: Collaborate with the retention and product teams to develop enhanced tools and processes for deploying member rewards effectively.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and track the performance of our promotional rewards system, identifying roadblocks and proposing solutions for optimization.What you have:

What makes you stand out:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing preferred, but not required.
• A team player with exceptional leadership qualities and a willingness to dive into tasks.
• 1-3 years of experience preferred.
• Proficient in Excel, with the ability to analyze data and extract actionable insights. Ideally has experience with Vlookups and Macros.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in promotions, marketing, or customer retention roles is a plus.
• Passion for sports and sports fan engagement is highly desirable.
