Green Spoon Sales is looking for a positive, passionate, and detail-oriented Promotions Support Specialist.

The Promotions Support Specialist role will ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of daily operations on the Promotions & Trade Spend Team. This position requires a combination of administrative and organizational skills to support various aspects of the team’s operations and will work on the HQ Promotions Team. This role is fully remote unless located in the Boulder/Denver metro area.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation and optimization of team processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure all distributor & retailer vendor commitments are correctly documented and filed in the appropriate company shared folders.
• Regularly conduct audits of shared folders and communicate requests with internal teams, track progress, and manage to completion.
• Support annual promotion planning efforts and assist with vendor follow up as needed.
• Develop positive and trusting relationships with principals, promotions team, account managers, brand advocate team, and distributor team.
• Maintain company tools and resources for our team and clients.

Qualifications

• Great attention to detail & highly organized
• Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and communication skills
• Must have a positive attitude and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications
• Previous natural foods and grocery experience required.
