Sensience is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our team in Hampstead, NH.
POSITION SUMMARY:
Contacts prospective and existing customers to provide engineering and product expertise to customers in determining application of Thunderline Z products to meet customer requirements, both in terms of material formulations, production techniques and processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Contacts prospective and existing customers. Provides customer information regarding application of products to their product requirements.
2. Assigns new part number to items that are purchased.
3. Provides Drawings to the engineering department on new products.
4. Provides product quotes upon customer request.
5. Evaluates customer requirements in terms of sales volume, suitability of Thunderline Z’s products to customer requirements, costs and Thunderline Z’s capability to meet customer demands.
6. Provides follow-up engineering services to customers to assist them in working out application problems encountered in using Thunderline Z’s products.
7. Maintains liaison with Engineering, Quality, Production, and Purchasing Departments to exchange pertinent data regarding new material developments, production problems, techniques and processes.
8. Coordinates and expedites prototype projects to ensure customer commitments achieved.
9. Assists Sales Manager with day-to-day customer issues, special projects also generates requested reports.
10. Performs other duties that may be assigned.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
High School Graduate or equivalent.
Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline or equivalent preferred.
Minimum of two years in a Sales capacity in a manufacturing environment.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Normal office conditions. Ability for limited travel is required.
