We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Event Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing a wide range of events, from corporate conferences and trade shows to social gatherings and fundraisers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range:

$21.50 - $28.00 per hour

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: Miami, FL

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage a variety of events, including corporate conferences, trade shows, social gatherings, and fundraisers
• Develop event concepts and create detailed event plans, including budgets and timelines
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and products
• Manage event logistics, such as venue selection, transportation, accommodations, and audiovisual requirements
• Oversee on-site operations, including setup, registration, catering, and post-event cleanup
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and communications, to develop event collateral and promotional materials

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, or a related field
• Proven experience as an event coordinator or a similar role
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
