    Position Overview:

    As a Sales Operations Coordinator at Clover Sonoma, you will be a key player in managing customer accounts, overseeing logistics, inventory, and deductions. Your responsibilities will span various facets of the company, such as sales, warehousing, production, and logistics. This role demands proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, customer portals, and internal software. We are looking for a highly proactive candidate who thrives in a dynamic environment and is comfortable taking on diverse responsibilities.

    Hourly pay range: $29.00 - $31.00 per hour DOE

    Responsibilities:

    • Act as a liaison between Order Entry and Customers, providing a best-in-class customer experience.

    • Prepare and coordinate new item forms and sample orders.
    • Track new item shipment status and provide updates.
    • Generate reports for KeHE, UNFI, Whole Foods Market,Target etc.
    • Check inventory reports and make recommendations on action items.
    • Utilize ERP systems to streamline business processes.
    • Generate sales reports on orders and shortages.
    • Track school calendars for proper school milk forecasting.
    • Manage the delivery issues inbox, including issuing credits, invoicing, price adjustments, and coordinating with the warehouse.
    • Set up items in Vori, IX-1, and 1Worldsync to ensure accurate product information.
    • Manage item assortments in M3 to reflect current product offerings and availability.
    • Ship samples to customers and partners as needed.
    • Manage deductions with UNFI and KeHE, ensuring proper documentation and resolution.
    • Process open tags to facilitate smooth order processing and fulfillment.
    • Ensure item specifications are kept up to date, for both new and existing items, across all sales materials
    • Distributor liaison
    • Assist in preparing new item paperwork, as needed
    • Other duties as needed

    What You Bring to the Team

    • High School diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience

    • Five years’ experience in a CPG related environment preferred
    • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with peers in other disciplines: operations, supply chain, finance and technology
    • Ability to work under pressure, juggle multiple projects and handle the unexpected
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills
    • Effective listening and problem solving skills
    • Responds positively to challenging work and deadlines
    • Ability to effectively present information to peers and executive team members
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
    • Well rounded knowledge of ERP systems is a plus
