We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Project Manager to join our Woodinville team. As a Sales Support Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has strong organizational and communication skills.
Duties:
-Manage the full cycle of promotional product and print projects, which consists of: sourcing merchandise, creating purchase orders, obtaining artwork approvals, and following through to ensure orders are shipped and received on time. Required to juggle upwards of 50-75 jobs at any given time. There will be a heavy emphasis on correctly processing the paperwork on each order, requiring fluency and accuracy in basic accounting software.
-Provide exceptional customer service and problem solving to vendors, clients, and Account Managers.
- Use the internet and industry software to search for new vendors and new products.
- Coordinate apparel orders with embroidery and screenprint vendors to ensure accurate logos and decoration have been achieved on each garment.
- Have excellence in accuracy and attention to detail, following through on all issues and managing shifting priorities.
- Answer the telephone with a positive attitude.
- Other job duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales support or related roles. Experience in the ASI/PPAI industry, printing, graphic design, or similar fields are a huge plus!
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with accuracy and strong problem-solving abilities
