GWT currently seeks a well-qualified Parts Sales and Back Counter Coordinator to help the company drive positive growth in our Parts and Service Departments.
This role will help increase parts sales by selling parts over the counter at the branch location, creating new customer relationships, and maintaining existing ones. Additionally, this role will assist in inventory control by issuing parts to the mechanics on the shop floor. The ideal person for this job will be someone who can generate parts sales by engaging our current customer base, selling parts to walk-in customers at the front counter, as well as, reaching out to potential new customers in order to bring in new business. This person will also have the ability to process parts requests from the mechanics on the shop floor, pull those parts from the parts room and ensure those parts get properly applied to the correct repair order.

Ability to lift 75-100 lbs. This role will require the lifting of parts into trucks, onto shelves, moving from shelves to the back counter, etc.
Work Environment
This job operates in a shop setting. This person will also need to operate a forklift. GWLS will provide the training, and certification. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. This role involves shipping and receiving packages.
