What you will be doing?

The primary function of the Sales Coordinator is to establish, develop, and maintain profitable business relationships with Independent Representatives and Representative Groups of The Finest Accessories, Inc., under the leadership of the Sales Manager.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain organized sales records and report month-end goal setting to the senior leadership team.
• Attend essential sales training meetings.
• Monitor inventory levels of sample kits to eliminate stock-outs
• Monitor out-of-stock items in the catalog and communicate issues to Sales Representatives.
• Effectively track and manage new product roles out to Sales Representatives.
• Establish active communication and engagement with Sales Representatives to ensure that orders are processed accurately and promptly.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager in weekly meetings by creating sales reports, reviewing strategy, and providing updates.
• Clearly communicate territory goals to each representative and track incentive programs per sales reporting.
• Maintain supplies of sales presentation materials.
• Assisted in all-hands-on-deck activities assigned by any TFA manager or supervisor.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Ability to sit for up to 8 hours per day.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day.
• Must be able to reach with hands and arms and perform wrist and hand motions.
• Must be able to use a keyboard for up to 8 hours daily.
• Must be able to look at a computer screen for up to 8 hours daily.
• Must be able to travel in an airplane.
• Must be able to drive to local Sales Representative's offices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
