Sales Rep., Sr. (Bio-Medical Equip. & Supplies) is an incentive eligible position. Typically interacts with major accounts. Being a Sales Rep., Sr. (Bio-Medical Equip. & Supplies) responsibilities include developing new prospects, establishing customers, and selling an organization's products and/or services. May require an associate's degree or its equivalent with greater than 4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Additionally, Sales Rep., Sr. (Bio-Medical Equip. & Supplies) is familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. The customer service rep will establish relationships with customers by assisting with phone orders, understand the needs of the customer and learn buying habits and expectations; educate customers about terminology, features and benefits of products; accurately perform data entry of sales orders to generate invoices; and will make follow up calls to existing customers and to solicit additional business.
Prior experience in distribution, warehousing and/or customer service is highly desired.Pool industry experience preferred.
