Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager with Marketing Experiece to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth. This role requires a strong understanding of the marketing and related services (SEO, Google Ads, Websites, Social Marketing and more), excellent customer service skills, and the ability to analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement. Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required.
Duties:
- Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve company targets
- Calling, Emailing and other outreach tactics to get infront of new customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients through regular communication and excellent account management
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing materials, campaigns, and promotions
- Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
- Provide guidance and support to the sales team, including training, coaching, and performance evaluations
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technology advancements, and best practices in sales and marketing
Requirements:
- **Srtong understanding of marekting serivces in order to explain the needs to clients. (Explain how SEO or other marketing channels can help them and how they work)
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
