Retail Sales – Customer Service Representative
Long established Medical Supply Company seeks PERMANENT, FULL TIME Retail Sales Associate. Experience preferred but willing to train the right individual. Must love to work with elderly and physically injured while supplying medical equipment and bracing in a retail setting. Hourly pay rate plus multiple daily commission opportunities. Health Insurance & 401K available after 90 days.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITES:
· Excellent and competent customer service protocols to be met and maintained to achieve high level of customer satisfaction and provide a positive shopping experience.
· Greet and assist customers with compassion and professional confidence both in person and on phone.
· Must be well versed with computer operations and provide attention to detail with accurate data entry into point of sale systems.
· Ability to follow directions both written and oral in regards to policy and procedures.
· Requires multitasking abilities to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of different scenarios on a daily basis.
· Must understand and comply with all HIPPA Compliance Standards regarding patient rights and confidentiality.
· Responsibilities will include understanding of and proper processing of incoming inventory including receipt of, labeling, and distribution.
· All employees will be responsible for maintaining clean and orderly premises to create a safe and visually pleasant shopping experience.

This offer is for a full time position, Monday – Friday and rotating Saturday’s. Pay starting at $14 per hour plus easy to meet commission goals of $200 to $1,000 or more per month.
