Sales Representative - Licensed conducts business development and sales activities with existing consumer banking customers and new prospects to increase sales of financial products and expand the customer base. Develops leads with customer profile development, telemarketing, and promotional events. Being a Sales Representative - Licensed maintains a broad understanding and detailed knowledge of the current financial product offerings. Assesses customer needs, explains each product's characteristics and benefits, and makes recommendations that align with the customer's financial objectives. Additionally, Sales Representative - Licensed may require a bachelor's degree. Completion of the FINRA Series 6 Investment Company Products/Variable Contract Limited Representative qualification exam and any required state licensing is required. Also requires completion of the FINRA Series 63 Uniform Securities Agent State Law Examination and any state licensing. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Sales Representative - Licensed work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role.     Position Summary:

    Quirch Foods is looking for an experienced Account Executive to identify new business opportunities by tapping the potential customers in the market. The ideal candidate would be an individual seeking to grow sales with experience in the food industry.

    Essential duties and Responsibilities:

    • Plan, design, develop and implement different sales activities by researching the customer's needs and requirements
    • Make sure that the existing clients are retained and maintained while developing the new customers
    • Ensure that the all the sales and marketing activities are carried out within the agreed budgets, volume, sales, and within the given time scales
    • Take initiative and efforts to develop constructive and effective solutions to any issues that slow down or hamper the export procedures and activities
    • Constantly review distributor's performance and monitor their work, so that relevant information can be provided to the management.

    · Attend meetings with other companies to negotiate, so that they assist in the overall growth and development of the business organization

    · Carry out market research, conduct surveys and study the competitors and their marketing and sales strategies.

    · Make new plans that will help the organization race ahead in the competition by prioritizing the target countries.

    · Actively participate in the training sessions to improvise knowledge and skills.

    · Attend trade shows and exhibitions.

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    · At least 1 year of sales experience to known retailers

    · Experience in the food distribution industry is preferred

    · Aggressive/tactful salesmanship

    · Management / leadership skills

    · Financial / business analytical skills

    · Computer skills – Excel, Word, PowerPoint

    · Category and product knowledge

    · Presentation skills

    · Negotiation skills

    · Pricing (cost to retail) skills

    · Bilingual and fluent in English and Spanish preferred
