Sales Representative - Licensed conducts business development and sales activities with existing consumer banking customers and new prospects to increase sales of financial products and expand the customer base. Develops leads with customer profile development, telemarketing, and promotional events. Being a Sales Representative - Licensed maintains a broad understanding and detailed knowledge of the current financial product offerings. Assesses customer needs, explains each product's characteristics and benefits, and makes recommendations that align with the customer's financial objectives. Additionally, Sales Representative - Licensed may require a bachelor's degree. Completion of the FINRA Series 6 Investment Company Products/Variable Contract Limited Representative qualification exam and any required state licensing is required. Also requires completion of the FINRA Series 63 Uniform Securities Agent State Law Examination and any state licensing. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Sales Representative - Licensed work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. The Technical Representative works at the direction of a Field Supervisor to help other technicians as needed.What You Will Do:
- Provide on-site technical support for all certified products.
- Call all customers prior to going on-site.
- Thoroughly and accurately complete all required paperwork.
- Maintain accurate field parts inventory.
- Work with Field Technicians to improve their technical performance at the direction of the Field Supervisor.
- Must be punctual every assigned work day.
- Have a thorough understanding of Metro Sales, Inc. service policies and procedures.
- Job rotation and perform other responsibilities and duties as assigned by Supervisor or Manager.
Required Skills:- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate ideas clearly in oral communications.
- Ability to organize and schedule time effectively.
- Successful completion of all assigned training.
- Must be willing to participate in our After Hours Service Program.
- Successful completion of a background check as defined by Metro Sales polices.
- High school diploma or equivalent
