Sales Representative (Pharmaceuticals) jobs in Albuquerque, NM

As a Sales Rep, you are responsible for providing exceptional customer service by making the customer feel welcome and supported through the car-purchasing process. Able to demonstrate Teamwork and collaboration skills to coordinate sales with the financing department, desk managers and other staff.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers
• Listen to customers to determine their needs and wants, then provide options
• Coordinate with Finance Dept and Sales Desk to determine customer’s financing options
• Take the customer back to service and introduce the manager and staff
• Use our software system, DealerSocket daily to follow up with prospective customers and return calls, texts & emails.
• Introduce our referral program to encourage new and repeat business
• Work closely with our receptionists by communicating details about the customer
• Be able to maintain above average CSI scores.
• Attend mandatory meetings on Saturday mornings.
• Attend training sessions as scheduled.
• Attention to detail. Assist Finance with obtaining proper paperwork from your customers. To be turned in within 72 hours.
• Contact your customers the next day to make sure they are satisfied with their purchase.
• You are reliable. You come to work as scheduled and you are on time.

Requirements:

• Some sales experience required
• Familiar with multiple makes and modes of vehicles
• Have stellar work ethic
• Honest organized and dependable
• Pass a drug and background check
• Valid Driver's license and clean driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
