Sales Supervisor - Outside jobs in Flagstaff, AZ

RWC Building Products, a leader in roofing and building supplies, is looking for a Full-Time Outside Sales Representative to join our expanding sales team.

Responsibilities may include:

• Presenting and selling company products and services to new and existing customers
• Prospecting and contacting potential customers.
• Meeting or exceeding agreed-upon sales targets by a given deadline (monthly, quarterly, annually)
• Observing customer buying patterns through the use of sales reports and other data
• Resolving customer inquiries and providing solutions
• Assisting customers with the credit application process
• Keeping customers updated on the latest products and developments.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in roofing/building supply distribution
• Previous experience in sales, business management, or customer service
• Experience with call logs
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to handle competitive sales situations
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Superior time-management, self-starter, excellent communication/organization skills
• Proven record of year-over-year sales growth
• 4-year degree preferred (Associate Degree in business management acceptable) or relevant industry experience.
