We are seeking to hire a recent college graduate to be our Catering/Outside Sales Coordinator.
JOB EXPECTATIONS
Manage all catering and outside sales
Effectively execute every catering order with excellence by hitting the mark for taste, order accuracy, timeliness, and providing attentive and courteous service.
Oversee and participate in serving at outside sales events such as Mass Mutual Center, Big E, sporting events, seasonal events, etc.
Once a catering order has been received, coordinate with the Kitchen Manager on the fulfillment
Input a catering order in the POS system
Complete all set-up and preparation for each catering order: boxes, utensils, sauces, bags, etc.
Have the TMS bags ready for the kitchen to load
Deliver catering orders
Complete all the set-up on-site for the Guest
Put all catering-related items away upon return to the store
Finalize payment for catering orders before delivery
Keep the catering spreadsheet tracker up to date
Keep inventory of catering supplies and inform the leadership of ordering needs
Create any systems or processes to improve our catering service
Make necessary decisions to honor our commitment to our Guests
Network with neighboring businesses and organizations
Create and maintain relationships with guests/businesses with outside sales opportunities
Work alongside our Marketing Director
Use in-store graphics, social media, and other avenues to increase sales and guest engagement
Organize internal and external events
Be an ambassador for the Chick-fil-A culture with every interaction
Support the team in position during peak hours and as needed
