We handle B2B sales for quality manufacturers of modern sporting rifles and accessories, build relationships with big box and independent accounts and maximize sales for our manufacturers.THE OUTSIDE SALES REP POSITION:
We are currently looking for an Outside Sales Rep to cover our Florida territory. Our Outside Sales Rep is responsible for managing our relationships and sales of established accounts (and also build relationships with new accounts!) in the Florida territory. You will be responsible for showcasing new products, analyzing sales and sell-through metrics, develop sales promotions and strategies as well as product sales training for dealer accounts. In addition. you will provide exceptional customer service to our dealer accounts; answering their questions and problem solving when issues arise.OUTSIDE SALES REP RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sales and dealer support for the Florida territory
- Attend hunting, shooting sport and outdoor shows
- Forecasting and sales analysis
- Order tracking and order maintenance
- Monitor inventory levels
- Sales presentation
- Sales training
- Work sales promotions
- Prepare advertising/marketing plans
OUTSIDE SALES REP POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree; preferred
- Currently reside in Florida
- Previous territory sales experience; required
- Knowledge of hunting and shooting sports
- Ability to travel to call on accounts in territory as well as out of territory shows and events
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working in a team environment
- Excellent data management and analytical skill accuracy
