Position: Outside Sales Representative

Location: Philadelphia Suburbs & South Jersey

Roofing sales - Asphalt Shingle, Slate, Cedar, Metal. Siding, Gutters & Trim

Employment Type: Full-Time Key

Responsibilities: Engage with homeowners to present our high-end roofing, siding, and gutter remodeling products. Provide accurate estimates and understand basic finance options to assist customers in making informed decisions. Manage both retail and insurance restoration sales, from lead generation to closing deals. Utilize provided leads to maximize sales opportunities. Represent USA Roof Masters with integrity and professionalism.

What We Offer: Competitive Pay Structure: Earn 10-12% commission on sales (average job price $47,350), with commission payments via W2. Bonuses: Enjoy monthly, quarterly, and annual performance bonuses, plus lead generation bonuses.

Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Previous sales experience preferred, especially in roofing, siding, or related fields is a plus, but not required. Ability to learn and present complex products. Self-motivated with a drive to succeed. Valid driver’s license.
