```Duties```
- Conduct outside sales activities to generate new leads and expand customer base
- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts through regular communication and account management
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify sales opportunities
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers to maximize sales revenue
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise

-Canvas the area and make cold calls to prospective customers to generate sales.

```Qualifications```
- Proven experience in sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Ability to analyze market data and identify trends
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
