Sales Support Director establishes the sales support process, develops an infrastructure of systems and tools, and directs support operations. Ensures that sales teams receive the tools and resources needed for smooth operations. Being a Sales Support Director monitors all sales activities to identify problems, create solutions, and produce accurate reporting. Develops and implements promotional events to increase sales volume. Additionally, Sales Support Director may provide oversight of sales incentive or commission programs. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior management. The Sales Support Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function.     What you’ll be doing:
    The Director of Scheduling Support directs a team that serves as the experts in Qgenda and mySCP applications, utilizing scheduling expertise in advising system enhancements and training. The Director of Scheduling impacts the organization by providing expertise and focusing on short term process and system improvements and long-term technology advancements to improve scheduling efficiency within the department. This position reports directly to the VP, National Support and works closely with the EVP to ensure standardization of system and app usage throughout the teams. Ensures production and oversight of key scheduling data and metrics.

    • Team is SME for Qgenda, assisting Provider Coverage Coordinators’ (PCC) in fully utilizing Qgenda and helping with questions and knowledge gaps.
    • In collaboration with IT and performance team, build a reliable scheduling tools as required.
    • Responsible for creating the training materials and training PCC’s on the new features within the scheduling app, monitoring usage of the new features and accelerating the adoption.
    • Responsible for mySCP. Encourage adoption and provide feedback to the mySCP team to enhance functionality of the app to assist with scheduling duties.
    • Work in collaboration with the VP, Credentialing and SVP, Recruiting to ensure collective progress on developing and implementing revolutionary pathways and system upgrades to get closer to Best in Class.
    • Develop and track standardized processes around scheduling best in class practices.
    • Assist with dynamic scheduling strategy and implementation.
    • Provide detailed reports to help manage labor. Track CCC % on a monthly basis and communicate results and trends to all internal stakeholders.

    Who/What we are looking for:

    • You have a Bachelor’s degree, in Business or healthcare preferred; Master’s degree preferred
    • You have 10 years of Scheduling experience
    • You have 8 years of Management experience
    • You are tech savvy with strong technical skills to include experience with Qgenda, Tangier, MySCP app
    • You have experience in scheduling and comprehensive knowledge of current market realities
    • You are able to reliably organize and prioritize tasks and initiatives
    • You have high capacity for change and learning
    • You have excellent communication skills
