About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and organized Sales Support Team Member to join our growing team in our Kaysville office. In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales team and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation and Management: Input leads into our pipeline and keep track of their progress.
• Customer Communication: Be the point of contact (POC) for installers and sales regarding jobs. Respond to customer messages promptly throughout the day.
• Appointment Management: Help with appointment confirmations and gathering the information needed before the day of the job.
• Pre-Installation Support: Ensure customer profiles have all needed pictures.
• Customer Care: Help resolve customer concerns or route them to the appropriate person.
• Installer Communication: Act as the POC for installers, providing job details and communicating scheduling needs.
• Quality Assurance: Job checkout and audits following up after the completed job.
• Pipeline Management: Move pipeline customers through different stages as needed (contacting, scheduled, declined).
• Dealership Program Support: Assist with dealership program, including helping with training and communication with our multiple partnerships.
• Social Media: Maintain a positive social media presence in relevant groups we are a part of to bring more leads to the sales team.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 year of experience in a customer service or sales support role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile.

Work Hours:

7:30 am - 1:30 pm (Monday - Friday)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
