CSO is looking for an Assistant Director for our PACT-Youth team in Pittsfield. This is a great opportunity for a licensed Clinician or a Clinician on licensure track.
This position is ideal for someone who is interested in assisting in the leadership of a self-contained, multidisciplinary team that provides outreach services to a small caseload of eligible children and families. The Assistant Director will provide supervision and leadership to the PACT-Youth program in collaboration with the Program Director.
Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) is an evidence-based program designed to assist youth to overcome the barriers to their recovery from severe and persistent behavioral health disorders. The goal of the PACT-Youth team is to provide Youth and their Families with a comprehensive range of behavioral health services and supports that ensure the Youth can remain living in their community and prevent the need for out-of-home, residential, and/or hospital levels of care.

Qualifications
Clinical Master's degree required with three years' relevant experience preferred including supervisory experience. Highest level of Massachusetts' licensure in appropriate discipline preferred. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, and computer competency; be able to work independently as well in a team environment, and follow through with projects; be able to work flexible schedule which may include evening and weekend work, as required by client needs; have the ability to adapt to a variety of environments and make decisions when faced with unplanned circumstances; and establish trusting relationships through compassion, empathy and insight. Must possess valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
