Sales Support Director establishes the sales support process, develops an infrastructure of systems and tools, and directs support operations. Our Sustained Quality division is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Sales to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth. The Director of Sales will play a critical role in developing and executing the company's sales strategy, managing a high-performing business development team, and cultivating strong relationships with key customers. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our business and shape the future of our sales department.
Compensation: $90k-$100k with commission
Schedule: Remote with up to 60-70% travel
How You’ll Do It
Director of Sales (DOS) plays a critical role in driving the Quality division’s revenue growth by developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, managing a high-performing sales team, and cultivating strong customer relationships within the target industries. In this role the DOS will also lead and support any corporate/national sales efforts. Leads team in building, planning & executing annual budget process to the expectations directed by leadership.
