The Sales Support position holds great value to Grooms Office Environments. The Sales Support role is one of frequent and thorough communication, working closely with the Grooms sales and design teams, order entry team, and installation team, as well as brand representatives, contract specialists, and last—but certainly not least—our clients and customers. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide support to all teams through projects’ entirety
• Collaborate closely with sales and design teams; assist with a customer-focused attitude to ensure that the client is getting fair and accurate pricing
• Partner with brand representatives to ensure accuracy of product specification and pricing
• Handle specific discounting and cooperative contracts
• Streamline external, customer-facing documents
• Organize internal documents for order entry
• Create detailed installation report, assist with post-installation walk throughs
• Communicate effectively between various departments
• Provide excellent customer service
• Monitor sales processes
• Evaluate strengths and weaknesses to identify training needs
• Suggest solutions in a timely manner
• Assisting walk-in clients with small inquires and showroom tours

Requirements:

• Bachelors’ degree in business management or other applicable field of study is preferred; a combination of education and applicable professional experience in a similar role with be considered
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe
• Strongly skilled in data entry, organization, systems and processes, and customer service
• Demonstrated ability to assist sales team with any additional work as needed
