Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Support Specialist to assist our Sales Team. We are a sports oriented business providing embroidery and screenprint services to our customers. and knowledge of sporting good products and services are important. You will play a crucial role in assisting our sales team in achieving their goals and providing exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
o Assist with customer sales orders, including communicating with customers, invoicing completed orders, and providing billing to the customer in a timely manner, via email, mail or phone.
o Learn all aspects of Stoneware software to be able to efficiently assist with production and operations at Rome location.
o Enter sales order data into system software (Stoneware).
o Process inventory purchase orders to vendors as needed and/or follow up with ship and arrival dates.
o Organize sales order files by production dates and follow up with customer and department staff regarding due dates, product selection and general questions.
o Assist with Online Store development with customer as needed. Keep internal department staff informed of deadlines or critical timelines. Follow up with online store production as needed.
o Assist Accounts Receivable as needed with collection of and processing customer payments to accounts.
o Assist with answering phone calls and general office duties as needed.
Knowledge, Physical and Skill Requirements
· High School graduate or equivalent with a minimum of 1year prior related experience in general office setting.
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office modules, including Excel, Outlook and Word.
· Good oral communication skills in person and on phone. Use of proper grammar in letter writing.
· Able to work well independently and with a team. Not easily distracted.
· Good problem solving skills.
· Knowledge of athletic and team apparel and equipment is desired but not necessary.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
